- Chicken breast/plant-based chicken
- Green peppers
- Red peppers
- Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce
- Cut chicken breast into large cubes
- Cut peppers into pieces the same size as the chicken/plant-based chicken pieces.
- Thread the ingredients on a skewer alternating red pepper, chicken/plant-based chicken, green pepper.
- Paint with Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce.
- Cook until chicken/plant-based chicken is cooked through.
- Paint again with Black Truffle Sauce and serve hot.
