Grilled truffle chicken & pepper skewer by Ricky Mandle

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cut chicken breast into large cubes
  2. Cut peppers into pieces the same size as the chicken/plant-based chicken pieces.
  3. Thread the ingredients on a skewer alternating red pepper, chicken/plant-based chicken, green pepper.
  4. Paint with Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce.
  5. Cook until chicken/plant-based chicken is cooked through.
  6. Paint again with Black Truffle Sauce and serve hot.
