- 1 jar Organic Eggplant Spread
- ½ lemon juiced
- 1/3 cup tahini
- olive oil
- In an electric blender, add the lemon juice, Eggplant Spread, tahini, salt, and olive oil.
- Blend well.
- Add water until desired texture.
