- Roasted chicken breast/plant-based chicken
- Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce
- Mache lettuce
- Black Truffle Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Bao bread
- Shred or thinly slice roasted chicken breast/plant-based chicken and season with salt and pepper as necessary.
- In a small bowl mix with Black Truffle Sauce and Black Truffle Oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- On a cooked bao, spread one side with the Black Truffle Sauce.
- Spoon on the warm shredded chicken/plant-based chicken and truffle sauce mixture.
- Top with seasoned Mache lettuce.
