Black Truffle Chicken Bao

Ingredients: 

 

Preparation: 

  1. Shred or thinly slice roasted chicken breast and season with salt and pepper as necessary.
  2. In a small bowl mix with Black Truffle Sauce and Black Truffle Oil.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. On a cooked bao, spread one side with the Black Truffle Sauce.
  5. Spoon on the warm shredded chicken and truffle sauce mixture.
  6. Top with seasoned Mache lettuce.
