Carrot & Avocado Salad with Truffle Oil by Ricky Mandle — Delicious & Sons

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and cut them in thin slices with a potato peeler.
  2. Cut the avocado in dices.
  3. Wash and cut the radish in thin slices.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, cilantro, slat and the Black Truffle Oil, mix well.
  5. In a bowl mix all the ingredients, plus the dressing, mix and serve in a plate.
