- 3 carrots
- 1ripe avocado
- Black olives
- 1 Red radish
- Black Truffle Oil
- 1/2 lemon
- Cilantro chopped
- Wash and peel the carrots and cut them in thin slices with a potato peeler.
- Cut the avocado in dices.
- Wash and cut the radish in thin slices.
- In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, cilantro, slat and the Black Truffle Oil, mix well.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients, plus the dressing, mix and serve in a plate.
