For cheese lovers there is nothing better than a cheese board with selection of cheeses on a beautiful cutting board, tray, or other improvised surface attractively presented.
Ingredients
- Cheese Board
- Walnuts
- Raisins
- Glaze with ‘Balsamico di Modena IGP’ or White Truffle Glaze with “Balsamico di Modena IGP”
Preparation
- It’s always fun to select a variety of cheeses differentiating between soft and hard cheeses, as well as different types of milk used such cow, sheep, or goat. Cutting each cheese also depends not only on personal style but also the type of each cheese. In this recipe we used semi-aged manchego, Roquefort, brie, and parmesan.
- Drizzle the Balsamic Glaze over the cheese for a great tasting pairing combination. You can use either the Classic Glaze or the White Truffle Glaze, which combines particularly well with hard cheeses like manchego, parmesan, soft cheeses like brie or camembert, and blue cheeses like gorgonzola or Roquefort.
