Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Green peppers
- Red peppers
- Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce
Preparation:
- Cut chicken breast into large cubes
- Cut peppers into pieces the same size as the chicken pieces.
- Thread the ingredients on a skewer alternating red pepper, chicken, green pepper, with three pieces of chicken per skewer.
- Paint with Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce.
- Cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Paint again with Black Truffle Sauce and serve hot.
