- 4oz salmon filet or plant-based protein like tofu or seitan.
- 2 tblsp. Organic Basil Pesto Genovese
- Marinate the salmon with the Basil Pesto Genovese.
- Sear the salmon or plant-based protein 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drizzle with pesto.
