Ingredients:
- Smoked salmon
- Mixed baby greens
- Sprouts
- Organic Basil Pesto Genovese

Preparation:
- Cut the smoked salmon into medium-sized pieces.


- Marinate the salmon with a couple tablespoons of Basil Pesto Genovese.


- Prepare the salad, place the marinated salmon on top of the washed and dried greens.

- Decorate with the sprouts.
