Zucchini Carpaccio with Truffle Oil by Mónica Navarro — Delicious & Sons

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash the zucchini and with a mandoline slice it very thin, without peeling.
  2. Wash the radish and slice it very thin.
  3. In a big plate display in the following order: first the zucchini, then the Parmiggiano Regiano shavings, the corn nuts and the red radish. Add some chives, salt to taste and Black Truffle Oil.
