- 1 Zucchini
- Fresh Chives chopped
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese shavings
- Red radish
- Corn nuts
- Black Truffle Oil
- Wash the zucchini and with a mandoline slice it very thin, without peeling.
- Wash the radish and slice it very thin.
- In a big plate display in the following order: first the zucchini, then the Parmiggiano Regiano shavings, the corn nuts and the red radish. Add some chives, salt to taste and Black Truffle Oil.
