At Delicious & Sons we strive to prepare and ship your order as carefully as possible. We use proper business practices to ensure that our high quality products are delivered in perfect condition right to your door. Please continue to read the information below for our shipping and returns policies.
For the U.S.:
All orders placed on the Delicious & Sons website for delivery in the United States are shipped out of our distribution center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Orders are sent using United Parcel Service (UPS) and are accompanied with their corresponding tracking number.
All orders placed on the Delicious & Sons website for delivery to Europe are shipped out of our distribution center in Barcelona, Spain. Orders are sent using TIPSA courier service for Spain, Portugal, and Andorra, and the Spanish postal service for other European countries.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day of reception.
For the U.S.:
UPS Ground service generally takes 3-5 business days depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on time of year and weather conditions.
For Iberian Peninsula:
TIPSA standard service is usually delivered within 48 hours depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on time of year and weather conditions.
For Other European Destinations:
Standard postal service delivery times are generally between 5-8 days depending on the destination.
Delicious & Sons can only guarantee delivery to the addresses with which we are provided. If our carriers are unable to deliver your package due to a mistake in the address, the order will be returned to our distribution center. If the product is in good condition we will resend the order to a new specified address, if the returned product is damaged, the client will be responsible for charges of a new order.
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and the products are in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of the reception of your order for a replacement or refund.
While we do everything possible for our products to arrive to your door in perfect condition, sometimes incidents happen in the shipping process which are beyond our control. For shipping related claims please contact us within 7 days of reception of your order, and please include a photo of the damaged goods if possible.
