Another Fall season is beginning, and with it the fields are giving way to new aromatic and eye-catching fruits and vegetables.
Autumn is a time of harvest. It is the season in which we see time passing through the colors and aromas of toasted amber and chestnuts. To be in touch with nature is to be in touch with the most essential of oneself, and this is therapeutically necessary. Just as it is to be conscience of “we are what we eat”. And like each season, Autumn brings us a wide variety of delicious vegetables that will be happily appearing in our pantry.
Some of these Autumn vegetables form part of our healthy and tasty family, and they found a way into our jars to help paint your table with the colors and flavors of Fall.
