Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 packet of milk curd
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • Balsamic cream

Preparation:

  1. In a pot, mix all of the ingredients except the balsamic cream, and heat for 10 minutes but not let boil. Mix with a wire whisk until a creamy texture is reached.
  2. Pour into individual glasses and let cool.
  3. Once cool, place in refrigerator for 4-5 hours until set.
  4. Serve cold and decorate with balsamic cream.
