Kale Salad with Sun-Dried Tomato Spread and Black Truffle Oil

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Wash, dry, and chop kale
  2. Chop yellow pepper into bite-size squares
  3. Thinly slice red onion into rings
  4. In a salad bowl, toss kale, pepper, onion, pomegranate, and all the seeds together, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of Sun-Dried Tomato Spread with Black Truffle oil until desired texture.
  6. Pour dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
