Ingredients:
- Mozzarella di bufala
- Organic Basil Pesto Genovese
- Cherry tomatoes cut in quarters
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation:
- Cut the mozzarella into slices.
- Place a teaspoon of Basil Pesto over each slice of mozzarella.
- Top with one piece of cherry tomato.
- Add a dash of olive oil and serve.
