Lemon yogurt with figs and Glaze by Ricky Mandle

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh figs
  • 1 lemon yogurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • Fresh mint leaves for decoration
  • Balsamic glaze

Preparation:

  1. Peel and cut the figs into wedges.
  2. Spoon the lemon yogurt into a bowl or dessert cup.
  3. Arrange the fig wedges on top of the lemon yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the figs.
  5. Drizzle on the balsamic glaze.
  6. Decorate with fresh mint leaves.
  7. Serve cold.
