- 2 fresh figs
- 1 lemon yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- Fresh mint leaves for decoration
- Balsamic glaze
- Peel and cut the figs into wedges.
- Spoon the lemon yogurt into a bowl or dessert cup.
- Arrange the fig wedges on top of the lemon yogurt.
- Sprinkle the lemon zest on top of the figs.
- Drizzle on the balsamic glaze.
- Decorate with fresh mint leaves.
- Serve cold.
