A dish so basic, truffle mashed potatoes become something spectacular with just two spoonfuls of our delicious Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce. These mashed potatoes could become a dish by itself, or use it to accompany anything from eggs, to vegetables, to meat, and fish.

Truffle mashed potatoes

Ingredients

2 potatoes
¼ cup cream (non-dairy)
2 tblsp. Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce

Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce

preparation

1 Cut potatoes into chunks and boil in salted water until tender, around 20-25 minutes.
2 Remove from water and mash with cream, salt and pepper, until smooth.
3 Add Black Truffle & Mushroom Sauce and blend well.
