Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Cut the orange in half, juice one half, and peel and cut the other into pieces.
  2. On a serving platter, put the mâche as a base followed by the cut orange, olives, and chopped mozzarella
  3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
  4. In a mixing bowl, blend two teaspoons of Saffron Aioli with the juice of half an orange from before, and pour over salad.
