Tomato Salad with Spicy Black Olive Spread by Mónica Navarro

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Clean and peel the tomatoes and slice them.
  2. Cut the spring onion into thin julienne. Tip: soak the onions in vinegar for a few minutes to remove the bitterness. Then drain them.
  3. Decoratively place the tomato slices on a plate or tray.
  4. Add the onion on top and place the arugula along the edges.
  5. Add the Spicy Black Olive Spread on top.
  6. Dress the salad with olive oil and salt.
